Contact the Clinic

If I’m ready to come to the clinic what is the first step?

You must get a referral to our clinic from your doctor. Have your doctor forward your referral form to us along with your medical information. Once we are ready to see you we will contact you directly.

How should I prepare for my first appointment?

If you have any medical test results or reports that your referring doctor may not have sent to us, please send copies to us by mail or fax, or bring them with you to your first appointment. Have all of your diagnostic information, such as blood work, CT scan or MRI reports, x-ray reports, and consult notes from other specialists sent to the clinic prior to your initial appointment. It is not necessary to bring films or CD's. We only require the typed reports from these tests.

Arrange for a friend or family member to drive you to and from the clinic and to support you during the consultation if you wish.

Have your medication, or a list of your medications including dosages, ready to bring with you to your appointment. Most pharmacies can provide a printout of all the relevant information at your request.

Be prepared to spend at least two to three hours at the clinic. Don’t plan other activities immediately after your scheduled appointment, as fasting and receiving treatments and medications require appropriate time for recovery.
